Portrait Of A Time 2 is a conceptual mixed-medium artwork on paper that presents a dreamlike landscape populated by elephants in varying scales and forms. Set against a richly textured field of ochre, brown, grey, and muted white, the composition combines animal figures with fragmented, collage-like shapes to create an aged, almost archaeological visual character. The elephants serve as a metaphor for the inevitability and passage of life, giving the work a reflective narrative beyond its immediate imagery. Layered textures, distressed surfaces, irregular forms, and subdued earth tones reinforce its contemplative mood and contemporary aesthetic. With its conceptual storytelling and distinctive material quality, the artwork can create an intriguing focal point in living rooms, executive offices, reception areas, studies, and hospitality interiors suited to expressive contemporary art.
