Cookie Statement

Seventh August IT Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "we", "our", "us", "Seventh August" or "the company") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.artoreal.com. This statement explains what they are, which ones we use, and how you can control them. In this statement "you" and "your" refer to the person whose personal data we process.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to let you move between pages efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to help a site work as you expect. Some information is stored using related browser technologies such as local storage and session storage; where we use those, we have said so in the table below.

Your choice, and what happens before you make it

When you first visit the site we ask whether you accept non-essential cookies. Until you choose, analytics and advertising storage are switched off by default, and Google's consent signals are set to "denied". Nothing in the Analytics or Advertising categories below is used for those purposes until you select "Accept All".

If you select "Reject Non-Essential", those signals remain denied and we continue to use only the strictly necessary items. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which will cause the choice to be requested again on your next visit.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: to keep you signed in, to hold your cart and wishlist, to move you through checkout, and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them.

Analytics — help us understand how the site is used, which pages are visited and where people encounter difficulty, so we can improve it. You can decline these.

Advertising — let us measure whether our advertising works, and attribute a purchase to the campaign that led to it. You can decline these.

We manage our analytics and advertising tags through Google Tag Manager. Where a tag is added through that service, the cookies it sets fall into the Analytics or Advertising categories above and are subject to the same consent choice.

Third parties

The analytics and advertising technologies described above are provided by Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising). When they are active, these providers may receive information about your visit and use it in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We do not sell your personal data.

If you follow a link from our site to another website, that site may set its own cookies. Please read the cookie or privacy statement on any site you visit if you wish to know what it uses.

Other tracking technologies

Cookies are not the only way a visitor can be recognised. Our advertising and analytics providers may also use web beacons (sometimes called tracking pixels), which are very small files that record that a page was opened. Where we use these, they belong to the Analytics or Advertising categories above and are subject to your consent choice.

How to control cookies in your browser

Separately from the choice offered on this site, you can set your browser to accept or refuse cookies, and to delete cookies already stored. If you refuse cookies you can still use the site, though some areas and features may not work correctly. The steps differ between browsers, so please refer to your browser's help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

Information collected before you change a setting may still be held by us or by the provider concerned, but we will stop using the disabled technology to collect anything further.
