Buyer - General
You can purchase exceptional photographs and paintings from renowned and emerging artists from across India. You can customize the photographs you buy by printing the photograph in your desired medium, and choosing the frame that best fits your wall colour. And not just that… You can upload your own photo, the ones you clicked on you last Europe tour, or your kid’s first birthday party in Artoreal and customize them to your taste!
Choose the print medium, size, frames and we deliver those memories to you to stay on your wall, forever!
Placing an order is very easy on Artoreal. Choose the photo you would like to buy. You will be taken to the photo customization page. Choose the print medium, size, frame and visualize how the product will look on your wall. You can then add the product to cart. Once you add to the card and proceed to check out, you can either login or proceed as a guest to enter your shipping address and pay. We will deliver the product to the best of your satisfaction. In case of paintings, you may not be able to frame them for now, but we will roll out that feature in the near future.
That’s awesome! We will do that for you too. Click on ‘Get your own photo print’ menu, upload your photo, choose your customizations and place an order. Your memories will be beautifully preserved on your wall within 15 days.
Just ensure that the size of your uploaded image is more than 2MB in size. This will help us in processing the image and optimize the image for a good quality print.
We understand your excitement to see the final product beautifying your home wall and we take giant leaps in ensuring the quickest possible delivery time. We would take a maximum of 15 days to get the product delivered to your doorstep. But always trust us to happily surprise you by shipping the order well before that.
We’re very sorry that your favourite painting or photograph is out of stock. In case of photograph, please send us the photograph you wish to buy at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the stock out has happened with photographs, it is because the photographer has marked the images as limited-edition photographs. We will try to negotiate with the photographer, on behalf of you, for extending the limited edition, exclusively to you. But the final say is with the photographer.
In case of painting, this could have happened because the artist has already sold the painting. No worries. Browse through our site for more awesome paintings. You are more likely to find a painting better than the one you happened to miss!
We do have the option of selling in bulk to corporate buyers. Kindly drop us a mail at email@example.com and we will discuss this further.
Buyer - Order Status
Once you have placed your order on Artoreal, and we have shipped your product, you will receive a mail with your shipment tracking number and a link to track the order.
This has happened because the painter sold the painting just before your order had reached him/her. Though we strive hard to ensure that this doesn’t happen, in some rare cases, this type of situation arises, and unfortunately you happened to be at the receiving end this time. We will re-credit the amount back to you within 7-10 days. However, you can type the artist’s name in the search bar and purchase other works by the artist; or you can look for more paintings in Artoreal by other awesome artists. We assure you that you will find a better painting than the one you happened to miss.
We will deliver the product to your place within 15 days. Of course, we often run the habit of sweetly surprising our customers by shipping earlier than the committed date.
We currently do not deliver to addresses outside India. But yes, we would love to go global soon. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will keep you informed and see what we can do from our end to enable this shipment.
Buyer - Cancellations & Returns
You have a 3-hour window after placing an order, to cancel the order without quoting any reason. Once 3-hour window has passed, your order processing will start and you cannot cancel your order. This is because we would have initiated printing your chosen photograph, or would have initiated the shipment from the artist for the painting. Cancelling after this process has started, would incur huge loss to us from logistics perspective and would deteriorate our trust with our artists/photographers. Hence it would be tough to cancel your order after 3-hour window. But when you finally see the artwork on your wall, we’re sure you wouldn’t regret it.
We accept return of product in case of incorrect shipment or damaged shipment. In either case, we request you to take photo of the product and write to us at email@example.com stating the reason for return, within 5 days of order delivery. Our person will visit your place and pick up the product. Kindly ensure that you pack the product in the similar way you had received, before our logistics person visits your place. This is a help we request from you to ensure safety of the return shipment.
You can pay through online banking, credit and debit cards. The payments are processes via secure payment gateway. But there is no option of cash on delivery payment, as of now, in Artoreal.
Ouch. Sorry that you happened to cancel your order. No worries. We will refund your payment within 7-10 days.
