Village Of Memories

A crowded city street fills the frame, with traffic packed tightly between tall buildings and cloud forms shaping a face in the sky. Orange, red, blue, green, white, and gray sit against a pale blue background, so the palette feels bright and hard-edged even where the smoke softens the street. The buildings rise in parallel rows on both sides, and the cars stack from the foreground to a tiny point in the distance, which gives Urban Chaos a strong tunnel effect. Buses, vans, and cars press forward in the center lane area while white exhaust drifts near the lower corners and midground, and the eyes and brows above make the congestion feel watched rather than accidental. The handling looks clean and graphic, with flat color blocks, simple outlines, and controlled perspective instead of broken brushwork. But the repeated windows and the soft, rounded clouds keep the surface from feeling mechanical. The medium appears to be acrylic paint with a mostly smooth painted surface.

I am Vikrant P. Karyakarte, a professional artist with over 14 years of experience. Painting has been my passion since childhood and my chosen profession. For me, painting is not just applying colour on canvas; it is a way to express what I see, feel, and think. I work across subjects and styles, especially nature, animals, vehicles, and Lord Ganesha. I have also created historical series on Shivcharitra, the Goa Inquisition, and Aryabhatta. My works have been exhibited in India and abroad.
