Playing With Stripes

The rush of stripes on the Zebra, along with the black and white bristly mane, is an absolute treat to the eyes. The vertical striping of the Zebra can help the animal hide in the grass by disrupting its outline. From a distance, the stripes can also merge into a common grey. With their peculiar form and strange ways, they are dear to the land of Africa and a part of the “Big Five” gang of Africa; the others being the rhino, the elephant, the giraffe and of course the lion!
