About the artwork

A buyer might miss how the photograph uses the stair rails and roof edges to hold the eye in the middle, while the pale walls keep the darker greenery from taking over the frame. In Photograph, the placement is carefully tiered from cobbled ground to steps to clustered buildings, with each roofline overlapping the next so the space feels enclosed without becoming cramped. The subject is a group of white structures with steep grass covered roofs, stone bases, narrow balconies, and a central stair bordered by thick shrubs and palms. No people appear. The palette stays restrained, built from damp greens, chalky white, brown stone, and a flat gray sky, which softens contrast and keeps the scene quiet even with many surfaces competing for attention. And the technique relies on even daylight, crisp detail, and a full depth of field that lets the roof texture, stair treads, and leaf shapes remain readable at once, while the muted weather keeps hard shadows off the walls and preserves the subdued atmosphere. This is wrong for a kids_room or any small, bright space that needs heat, strong color, or a playful subject.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Parth Sable

Parth Sable

I’m Parth Sable, an architect based between Dapoli and Pune, Maharashtra. My love for photography comes from my curiosity to observe and capture the world around me. I enjoy photographing landscapes, architecture, and wildlife, with a focus on light, composition, textures, and the character of a place. Living close to the Konkan landscape constantly inspires me to explore, travel, and capture fleeting moments through my lens.
