Clicked by Rohan Kashikar is a picture of Paro Taktsang also known as Tiger's Nest, which is a significant Himalayan Buddhist sacred site. The temple was built on the cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan in 1692 in honor of Guru Padmasambhava who is said to have introduced Buddhism to Bhutan in the 8th century. He is considered to be the tutelary deity of the country. Situated amidst formidable mountains, this temple makes for a beautiful picture, which exudes an aura of tranquility.
