Purple Splash

Jacarandas line the streets and dot the parks and gardens throughout the city of Pretoria and purple carpet their floors with bee-attracting blossoms. This sure is “The Purple Paradise”. You feel as if you are wandering through a fairy tale when you walk through these tunnels of purple and after the first rains towards the end of jacaranda season it is even more magical when you can wade through a sea of purple blossoms covering every inch of pavement.

6. Frame the photo with a glass covering?

If you have selected ‘mount’ option (in step 4), a glass cover is mandatory.

- Flexi Glass (Acrylic)
  
  This is regular 2 mm thickness Acrylic. Transmits more light than glass, is UV resistant and has a higher impact strength compared to normal glass.

6. Do you need any framing Accessories?

As standard we include hard board and hanging fixtures.
- Hard Board
  
  This is 2.8 mm thickness backing board which provides firm backing to the frame.
- Dry Mount
  
  Dry Mount (1800 microns thickness) provides acrylic and water based adhesive to cover the back of artwork for a flat, firm mount with no danger of the artwork buckling or slumping in the frame package.
